Bald Eagle Barns is a regional Arkansas company, that has become known as the building company of choice in North East Arkansas, and surrounding areas over the years. All Bald Eagle wood buildings come with a 7 year workmanship warranty, including the Snake and Mouse Proof Guarantee(buildings with roll up doors and value sheds are not included in this guarantee).
The reasons why Bald Eagle Barns has gained this reputation, as the portable building company of choice in Arkansas, is due to craftsmanship, building quality, and great service. Bald Eagle Barns wood buildings, 10 wide and wider, are built on five runners(under the runners is where we place the concrete blocks, provided by us), these five runners offer much more floor support. (8 wide wood buildings have 3 runners). On standard buildings, we use 2x6 treated floor joists set on 16 In centers(garage floor joists are set on 12 In centers). Bald Eagle floor joists are securely set, and fastened to the runner with an 8 inch screw, screwed through the floor joist, and into the runner. We believe this build is a much better build, then the standard quicker way most big corporate companies use, of loosely setting the floor joist in a notch, and trying to secure the joist with a nail, toenailed in at an angle.
Bald Eagle Barns come standard with Advantech Tongue and Groove flooring. Advantech is used for subflooring in modern houses, and comes with a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Bald Eagle wood buildings are built with the wall studs, and ceiling trusses, all on 16 inch centers. This is a uniform 16 in centers, not just a guess. Feel free to pull out a tape measure and check! All of our wood buildings come with a double top plate(this is the doubled up 2x4s, where the wall studs meet the ceiling trusses), for extra strength.
Bald Eagle Barns uses Lp Smart Side for the exterior. LP Smart side offers a 50 year pro rated warranty on their siding. For this warranty, Bald Eagle Barns exterior nail holes are filled with caulk, and painted. Exposed nail holes allow in moisture around the nail head. The exterior Lp Smart side is also protected with two coats of Sherwin Williams Lifetime Paint.
And last but not least, due to to Bald Eagle being a smaller, regional company, we can offer a much better delivery system and service. Due to owning our own our own delivery trucks, instead of contracting the hauling out to independent haulers. When purchasing a Bald Eagle, customers are given a physical delivery date (weather permitting), at time of purchase. Bald Eagle overseeing the hauling of their own buildings, ensures your new building will be off the ground, blocked and leveled with concrete blocks.
